Great All Around Protein Sports Drink
I am active college student and have been looking for a protein drink alternative. I don't like having to mix a protein shake and down it as quickly as possible. I feel bloated after. Vertical Protein is an excellent alternative. These taste great and you don't have to "slug" it down. I like all the flavors with Berry Blitz being my favorite. 20g of protein in a 12 oz. serving is fantastic.

FINALLY FOUND MY SOLUTION
I was diagnosed type II diabetic in January of 2024. I use protein to help me regulate my blood sugar. Protein negates carbs and sugars gram for gram. I was drinking protein shakes 2 to 3 times a day. That got old and I needed to find an alternative. I have tried the various clear whey isolates and they are good but the powders can be messy and you have to make them up every time you want one. Then I found Vertical. I chose the variety package just to try them. It appears that I have found my liquid protein alternative. The only flavor that I don't care as much for is the Cherry Lime, but it's not bad. The other 3 flavors are REALLY good. I highly recommend trying Vertical.

Tastes so GOOD!
I've tried other protein waters and nothing compares to how good Vertical tastes. It's so smooth, literally like water. I struggle to get protein through my diet alone and the 20g in Vertical gets me much closer to my goal. So glad I found this. It's definitely going to be my "go to" protein drink.
